I have the above mentioned card, and the S-Video output is black and white and has vertical scrolling while computer boots up. Once Windows loads, everything is fine. How do I fix this? Have searched everywhere.|||Guessing, but it would seem that its working fine.
As your pc starts up its loading device drivers.( the files that make things work)
Not to mention the video card has to switch display modes for s-video so its not instant during start-up.
