How i can i make my computer s-video output on the tv clear like a Monitor?

do i need a video card like a 512mb with hd s-video? i want to use my big tv & not my little Monitor.|||There's no such thing as HD S-video. S-video doesn't support HD.

The S-video output from most graphics cards is not very good. Then the driver can behave very oddly. With some cards using a high display resolution setting makes the S-video out look worse. Drop it to a standard TV resolution if it supports it such as 720x480 or try 800x600. Options are getting a video card with a better TV output, using a big TV that supports VGA or DVI as an input (many do), or getting a video card with HDMI out into a TV that supports it. Another option is a VGA to component video converter box. This may also require tweaks to the display settings.|||You'll need a video card capable of the same resolution as the TV!|||Unfortunately, TVs are very low resolution compared to monitors, so it's not possible. I've tried. Short of buying an HDTV and using VGA or DVI in you can't get it better.
