If I buy one of the new video cards with 2 dvi outputs can i use 2 adaptors and run it with 2 hdmi?

I have two 40 inch 1080p tvs that i want to dual monit with but they both only have hdmi. All the cards say Hdmi 1 (via adaptor) I'm assuming that just means it comes with one. but I already have one at my house so I'd have two. Can any or all of them dual monitor via HDMI?|||Yes, it should work.
