Can I install 2 different video cards on my HTPC?

I'm going to use the PCIE 2.0x16 slot for a decent graphics card.



I have PCIEx1 and PCI slots left. Can I install a video card that can output s-video into one of these slots?



Then can I like turn either on and off depending on where I want to send the video?
