No sound through my video cards HDMI output?

I have a Radeon Diamond HD 3650. I am under the impression that I can get audio through the HDMI output going to my big screen because it states on the box "Built-in HDMI with Multi-channel 5.1 surround audio"

I already went to the website and downloaded all driver updates and still no audio. Can anybody help?|||reconnect it again and try
